Psychotherapy was something completely new for me, and I was correspondingly skeptical at the beginning. Today I can say that this step was one of the best things I have ever done. Ms. Kutylowski always responded to me individually, showed me valuable tips & techniques and helped me get out of a very difficult phase of my life. With all the "techniques" I learned, I now know that not everything is meaningless, even on difficult days, but how to help myself. The most important thing: "Me-Time" - through the therapy I have, among other things, the focus now on me, instead of only on others, and I'm doing well again!
