Enjoyed our 2 months stay in the Villa Su Casa, of course the Refrigerator was a setback. Not much you can do about that:)

Loved the new TV in the Living Room, wished it was mounted with an arm to be able to turn it towards the kitchen.
- Loved the new pool loungers.
- Loved the new lighting in the kitchen.

The 2nd and 3rd bedroom could use mirrors. The long mirror in the master is nice.

We have accessed the excellent, reliable and professional services of My-Dream-Vacation-Florida for six years. Brigitte and her team work tirelessly to ensure that every detail of the vacation is perfect. She is highly responsive and goes above and beyond for her clients. Villa Yomar was a wonderful home. The views of the canal from the beautiful lanai were beautiful. The home was large and well looked after.

We have returned to the Dream Vacation’s Villa Amazing and they both continue to be amazing. The house has changed ownership recently and the new owners are making improvements that make this house even better than it previously was. Hats off to them and keep up the good work. We stayed here for 6 weeks. This is our 4th time staying at this rental home and we love it. Excellent fishing off the dock, clean and beautifully furnished and great response if we needed assistance with anything. We would highly recommend this home for long or short time rental.

The Villa Alison is a well kept lovely home with great amenities. The pool is fabulous and Beate who tends to the rental was amazing. Any issue we had (we needed an umbrella for the unexpected rain!) she responded immediately. I totally recommend this rental as we enjoyed our stay for 2 years for a month long holiday! We hope to return again sometime soon.

We loved the location of the home and the "new" feeling of the home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The home was clean and comfortable with beautiful decor and gorgeous view of the channel. Brigitte and Werner were wonderful to work with. We plan to come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have rented Villa Boater's Dream for five years. The house is always extremely clean and well-stocked with kitchen items, and linens. Brigitte and Terek are so pleasant to work with and they respond immediately to any questions we might have or if we need anything at the house. My interaction with the property manager was excellent. She was just a text or phone call away and took care of everything quite promptly.

This is our third year staying at George and Ernestine’s Cape Coral home. We were very satisfied with the Property Management Team, particularly Brigitte, who was responsive to our every need.

Timeout villa was so neat & clean! Loved the kitchen, had everything that you needed. Pool area was awesome! We even enjoyed fishing in the canal. We'll be back next year!!

I highly recommend My Dream Vacation Florida for several reasons. Not only was the hose beyond our expectations, the customer service and communication was excellent. We are definitely using My Dream Vacation Florida in the near future.

We had a great trip over Christmas this year. The house was large and accommodated our family perfectly. The house was well stocked and well kept. It is on a beautiful large piece of land on a canal, which is quite busy, and it was fun to watch the boats go by as everybody was so friendly. The only downside for us was the location which was a little further north than we are used to and didn’t have anything within walking distance but other than that a perfect place to rent if you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. The owners did a great job, answering questions and were available whenever needed..

The property was very clean and the house and grounds were beautiful. Brigitte was very accessible if you needed anything and followed up on all inquiries. I would highly recommend staying at her property.

Our stay at Villa Phoenix was absolute perfection. This was our third trip to Cape Coral.
We were familiar with the area and wanted to return. However, the hurricane delayed our plans.
We diligently searched and waited for the city to recover from the storm.
Our wait was rewarded with a perfect stay at the perfectly beautiful, Villa Phoenix.

The house was situated in a very quiet neighborhood, at the intersection of two canals.
The sunsets over the pool were spectacular. The pool and the lanai were tastefully furnished.
There were no signs of storm damage anywhere on the property.

The entire house was furnished and decorated with taste and elegance. The amenities were all top notch and functioned as new. The kitchen was a delight to cook in. All the utensils and cookware were top of the line and in perfect condition. Anything we needed for our thirteen day stay was there.

The huge TV in the living room was spectacular, as were the giant TV’s in the bedrooms . The kingsize bed in the master bedroom was truly ‘fit for a king’. One bedroom had an electric bed. All the bed linens were super high quality. The bathrooms were majestic.

Being able to use the kayaks to explore the canals and be out in the beautiful weather, made the trip very exciting. Much of the canals were on undeveloped property, so it was more like being out in nature than being in someones back yard.

It was a short trip to everywhere we needed to go. The Publix were conveniently everywhere.
It was a short trip to Fort Myers Beach. It was a short trip to Matlacha, to buy fresh seafood.

Cape Coral has everything we wanted in an extended stay to get away from the cold up north.
We would love to return someday. You should make your plans to getaway and make your getaway Villa Phoenix.

We were really enjoying the stay at this location!! Huge space with gorgeous design together with personal pool availability were our initial priorities when we were choosing this particular location. I also have to say we were impressed with some guidance being provided when we reach out for needed additional information. Which was a great immediate support. The space was clean, well organized, and ready for use for us as a new customers. House location was a great too towards stores, boat rentals, and all our needs.
