A great platform for authentic surveys. It would be great if there could be more awards in the future. For example, company XY has received top awards for X years in a row. Here, self-explanatory, at no extra cost.
The support in our package (the highest) is great. However, we would not accept any further costs. PROVEN EXPERT is very good as a figurehead. However, our company has not been able to gain any new customers as a result. However, the reputation is visibly cemented.
The webinars offered are exciting, but not feasible for us in terms of time. More proactive recordings and automatic dispatch by e-mail would be very welcome.
The award sets arrive at our company very late every year. Improvements need to be made here - vacation time etc. are not acceptable reasons.
We haven't used the full range of functions for years - for example Google stars. This is a bit too technically demanding for us.
We use a good service provider for surveys and will continue to use this platform.
