Dear Elisabeth, thank you so much for your spontaneous and last-minute support via Zoom. I was at a standstill and did not know what else I could do to solve our family patchwork conflicts. In just over an hour, you showed me where I can and must start with myself and my husband if I want to improve the situation and mood. This was more than helpful, so that a few days after our conversation I sorted and grounded myself to go into a conversation with my husband at all and also to meet him positively again after his journey. Armendia Coaching offers a comprehensive and goal-oriented coaching in a short time.
Competently and empathetically they respond to the needs of the participants and accompany you to get to the bottom of the causes and work out solutions. There is always a good atmosphere.
I particularly liked the meditations offered by Lisa. I think it's great that these meditations can also be downloaded by the participants.
I can only recommend the coaching of Lisa and Xabier to everyone!

Worth every single penny.
I thought I was a reflective person.
That's why I needed someone who has the courage to make me aware of my beliefs, to look together with me where I was turning in circles over and over again. To show me my value, to make it clear to me how strong I am and that I can and must draw boundaries in order to be able to show my innermost in full size. The best gift/investment I could make for myself and my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I felt very comfortable from the very beginning. Ms. Armendia always took a lot of time and never looked at the clock. She managed to lure me out of my comfort zone in many situations and to look at things or people from a different perspective. The use of methods was very extensive and varied (e.g. meditation, outdoor exercises, hypnosis, models/theories); always selected to fit the topic. I would take coaching with her again anytime.

I was shown new, beautiful and much more relaxed ways, which I am so happy to continue to discover independently. And the tools that I have learned through planetFusion and now occupy, give me the opportunity to shape my life and the relationship with my fellow man on a more conscious, enriching and based on love and Respeckt to myself level! Now I am the one who determines how long and in what quality my own life goes, no longer the other!
