Now the productivity of remote work is no worse than the office. The web client has an adaptive design, our employees can now work even on smartphones with small screens, which was impossible on other platforms.

A powerful tool to improve workflow efficiency.

During the coronavirus pandemic, our company needed a technical solution that would allow us not to stop the work process. At the same time, it was necessary to minimize paper workflow and contacting people. It was necessary that people could apply for many of the licenses and permits that our bureau issues. Thanks to Arigamix, we were able to create online forms that our clients could fill out, after which they quickly went through different levels of coordination of our structures that could work remotely. Even after the easing of the pandemic, this system works perfectly. We are ready for new challenges and our employees will not be left without work.

Two years of work with Arigamix has allowed our company to effectively manage all documents, create them and track their progress. It is very convenient that the company's employees can work even when traveling or if it is not possible to come to the office. Now we coordinate contracts and invoices remotely. In ARIGAMIX I liked the simplicity and standard functionality out of the box (no need to pay extra for unnecessary modules).
In general, for half a year of use, no strong problems were identified, though I had to finish the version for workflows, but this is even a plus.
