After a few unathletic years and a lot of time in the office and at the desk, I have finally found the way out through Andrea and Andreas and am so happy to be trained by the two. Not only because they convince with enormous expertise, but also because they are always motivated, in a good mood and simply likeable and I feel very well taken care of here.
Unfortunately, working at a desk has caused my back to suffer a lot and I have difficulty with many "typical" fitness exercises because my back and abdomen simply don't have enough strength. This is where Andrea and her "new view concept" came in handy.
Andrea picks me up exactly where I am and builds a foundation with me, which I need not only in sports, but also in everyday life.
In combination with the exercises from the bodyweight training, which is tailored to me and varied every time, Andrea designs great training sessions that are varied and entertaining. Muscle soreness is pre-programmed.
The nutritional advice from Andreas is not only aimed at losing weight, but helps me to pay more attention to how my body reacts to certain foods, what is good for me and what I should perhaps rather do without.
All in all, I can only recommend the training and support from the Matuszefskas to everyone!
